ORDERING POLICY:

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 1-7 day minimum processing time for all online orders. Each section denotes the lead time required. If an order is placed within the time frame specified in each section, the order may be VOIDED or will be subject to a 20% rush fee.

 

Pickups: We are open Tuesday- Thursday and Saturday  from 10am-6pm, 10am-7pm on Fridays, and on Sundays, for pickups only, from 10am- 12pm. We are closed Mondays. If you place an order after store hours, it is considered placed on the next business day. Our Business days are Tuesday - Saturdays.  

 

Deliveries: We use a 3rd party  delivery service for all deliveries. Deliveries will be delivered within 1 hour of the time you choose, and delivery times may vary due to traffic. We are not liable for any damage that may happen in transit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We handcraft each individual order as it is placed, and adjust our preparations up to a week in advance. In order to service the greatest number of customers, the following cancellation policy is in place:  a 100% refund will be granted for cancellations/changes made outside of one week of your pickup date, and no refund will be granted for cancellations/changes made within one week of your pickup date . No cash or credit refund will be given at anytime for any product made and provided by Sugar Babies Bake Shop once the order is picked up  or delivered and leaves the premises. We may offer an in-store credit for a case by case basis, which will be granted at the sole discretion of Sugar Babies Bake Shop.
